Pricing

·         All PrinTree prices are exclusive of 12.5% VAT, VAT will be shown in the final total when you click ‘proceed to checkout’.

·         Prices are Quoted in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD)

 

Order Cancellation Policy

·         No cancellations can be made once the order has gotten to the ‘processing’ stage and/or shipped. When your order is placed, you can cancel any time before you receive the ‘your order is being processed email’.

Refund / Return Policies

Claims for defective output, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Only orders that were processed incorrectly (due to the fault of PrinTree) will be replaced. Only after the receipt of returned merchandise the replacement of the order will take place. We will not replace the order if it is determined, by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and only part of the order is being returned.

·         All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order invoice.

·         Item(s) may be returned to any branch and must be within Seven (7) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for online purchases.

·         If the job cannot be repaired / adjusted, a new batch will be printed.

·         We will also refund any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong job.

There are NO exchanges or refunds on the following items:

·         Orders that were misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and only part of the order is being returned.

·         Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.

·         If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.

 

Shipping Options (for online purchases)

1.                 FREE in-store pickup

FREE in-store pickup is available when you select your pick-up location at checkout. Your order will be delivered to your selected (PrinTree)DocuCentre branch.  You will receive a notification that your item(s) is(are) ready for pick up. You will need to present your ID and Order Number.

2.                 TT Post Delivery

You can choose to have your order delivered to your door anywhere throughout Trinidad and Tobago. We mainly use TT Post Delivery for this service, we will ship your order to your specified location anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago. Package must be signed for upon delivery.

All of this happens between 4 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed.

3.                 FEDEX Delivery

As an authorized FEDEX partner, we can deliver to over 220 countries worldwide where FEDEX is operating. This happens between 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed.
